October 2015 Guest Speaker: Avtar Bains, President of Premise Properties

Topic: The presentation will focus on 2 areas:

Offshore Investment in Commercial Real Estate – A History – Then and Now
Premise Properties – Previously Avtar was one of the top Brokers in Vancouver and he connected the parties to a deal – now, as Principal of his own firm, he is one of the deal makers.

Avtar is the President of Premise Properties, a real estate investment and services company based in Vancouver. Prior to establishing Premise Properties, Avtar spent over thirty years with Colliers International, most recently as Executive Vice President, National Investment Team.

In addition to his role Premise Properties, Avtar currently holds four Board and advisory positions with British Pacific Properties, Morguard North American Residential REIT, UBC Properties Trust and Aspen Properties respectively.
