Justin Mitchell, Founder of Frontline Real Estate




Justin Mitchell is a co-founder of Frontline Real Estate Services. He has extensive experience assembling development sites, selling investment real estate and project marketing. Since the inception of Frontline, his team has sold over $100 M in land and residential units.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Justin was a financial analyst for an international brokerage on their investment team, during which time he was involved in the underwriting and marketing of over $1.2 billion in assets. His previous work experience also includes working at a real estate development and project management firm on an array of developments involving large private, institutional and public private partnership projects.

Justin has a commerce degree with a major in finance and accounting from the University of Western Ontario. He has also earned the CSC designation from the Canadian Securities Institution, attended the Urban Development Institute School of Development and has obtained the Managing Broker Real Estate license for British Columbia. Continuing education is important to Justin, and as such he is currently in the final stages of completing a Diploma of Urban Land Economics at UBC.

Greg Zayadi, VP Sales and Marketing, Anthem Properties

Greg started his career at Concord Pacific in 2002 and has worked for many of the BC’s leading developers over the past decade including, Onni Group Of Companies and Rennie Marketing Systems where he lead the sales strategy and execution for developments such as Sutterbrook, Fairmont Pac Rim and Shangrila.

Greg now leads sales and marketing for Anthem Properties and a developer active in many of Western Canada’s larger markets and disciplined in nearly all residential product types. Greg is involved in all aspects of development Acquisitions / Design Development / Marketing / Sales / Finance and Customer Service. Noteable developments that Greg has brought to market over the past few years include the much discussed Station Square, a JV between Anthem and Beedie Group of Companies and the Waterfront Calgary site.

Ben Taylor, Sales Director, Rennie Marketing Systems




Ben is no stranger to the Vancouver real estate market. Prior to joining Polygon Homes to lead area sales in 2006 Ben owned Greenworks Landscaping, a local business that served residential and commercial clientele. As an area sales manager Ben was responsible for the execution and management of multiple sales teams throughout the Lower Mainland. In 2011, he was snapped up by another Vancouver institution, Rennie Marketing Systems where he accepted the position of Sales Director.

Ben’s career has afforded him the opportunity to work with notable developers not the least of which include Wall Financial, Polygon, Holborn and Intracorp. Ben’s diverse experience makes him authority on both urban and suburban condominium development as he has a strong grasp of consumer demand and the changing face of the Lower Mainland.

Jennifer Podmore-Russell, Director of Deloitte Real Estate Vancouver

Jennifer Podmore Russell is a Director of Deloitte Real Estate Vancouver. Jennifer leads the Real Estate Advisory practice, a service line which assists owners, investors and government agencies evaluate, structure, realize and maximize their interest in a wide range of development projects. Prior to joining Deloitte in late 2009, Jennifer created and owned a successful market consulting and data analytics practice, MPC Intelligence. Jennifer is a Director of MIABC and NAIOP, past co-chair of the UDI U40 Committee and a Director of the Atira Housing Society.
