Registration

• Dinner Only – $65.00
  Want to join us for dinner only or do you have a spouse or guest that wants to join you for dinner? (Includes GST)
• Foursome Registration – $1,075.00
  Register your foursome and get a discount on the registration price.
  
  Includes 2 golf carts green fees, lunch and dinner for yourself and 3 guests. (includes applicable taxes).
• Golfer Registration – $280.00
  Includes green fees, power cart, box lunch and buffet dinner. (Includes applicable taxes)
• Goody Bag Sponsor – $500.00
  Company logo featured on goodie bags handed to each registered golfer during registration.
  (Sponsor to provide approx. 180 reusable cloth bags)
  Plus: a mention by the MC at dinner, logo on the rule cards,?large sponsorship sign and dinner placemats, company name displayed on the MIABC website.
• Hole in One Sponsor – $2,000.00
  Table display and signage on the hole-in-one fairway. (Spotter required for insurance purposes)

  Optional: Representatives at the hole with engaging activity.
  
  No alcohol (excepted as purchased through Morgan Creek)
• Pin Flag Sponsor – $1,000.00
  A customized Pin Flag located on the 9 holes (either front or back). Each flag can be completely customized individually, if desired.
  (Print size is 11” x 17”…the overall flag is 13” x 19”)
  
  Plus: a mention by the MC at dinner, logo on the rule cards, large sponsorship sign and dinner place mats, company name displayed on the MIABC website.
  
  Optional: Can be combined for all 18 holes at a reduced price.
• Travel Sponsor – $2,000.00
  Half of the sponsor ship amount is to be used to obtain a gift card for travel. The card is raffled off to all the golfers during the dinner portion of the evening.
• Water Bottle Sponsor – $500.00
  Company logo featured on disposable water bottle label to be included in the golfers goodie bags and to be handed out during the tournament.
  (Sponsor to provide approx. 13 cases; 24 x 500 ml bottles/case)
