Moving Forward in Vancouver: Bentall Kennedy’s Development and Leasing Activities in Metro Vancouver
In this presentation, we will look at the past and present real estate developments of Bentall Kennedy. We will also be introduced to their suburban industrial and office assets and learn about some of the forces which are shaping those markets today.
David Roche, Vice-President, Development
David is based in Vancouver, BC and is Vice President, Development for Bentall Kennedy. David’s role includes responsibility for all aspects of planning, design, entitlements and construction for much of Bentall Kennedy’s development activity in the western region. With over 18 years of real estate experience leading the development of residential, commercial and institutional projects in Western Canada, David has been responsible for nearly $1 billion worth of development activity.
Tim Evans, Director, Leasing
Tim is based in Richmond, BC and is Director, Leasing for Bentall Kennedy. Tim’s role is responsibility for leasing suburban office and industrial buildings in the Metro Vancouver area. With 25 years of real estate experience, Tim has worked for Bentall since 2014 and during that time has been responsible for approx. 1,000 lease transactions equating to over 7 million sq ft of space. Tim’s hobbies include road biking, skiing and drinking good wine!
