Bio
As Senior Manager, Research Services and Strategy with GWL Realty Advisors, Anthio is responsible for the organization’s market research and investment strategies across Canada. Anthio’s primary responsibilities include portfolio construction and analytics, market research and forecasting, investment and development due diligence, and asset strategy. An overarching focus for Anthio and the team is the identification of market trends--positive or negative, secular or cyclical--that influence the investment decisions of GWL Realty Advisor’s clients and managed property funds. Before joining GWL Realty Advisors, Anthio was with CBRE and DTZ in their respective research groups responsible for client advisory and property market analysis for Metro Vancouver. Anthio has a Master’s Degree in Urban planning and Development from the University of Toronto and an Undergraduate Degree in Urban Geography from Simon Fraser University.
