Ian Wilkinson, Partner
Ian leads BTY's global Lenders' Services practice. He has over two decades of experience and has been with BTY since 2005. Ian is an industry leader in Project Monitoring and has considerable experience advising lenders and investors on a variety of asset types across all market sectors. Based in Vancouver, Ian oversees integrated Lender Services teams across West Coast regional markets in Canada and the United States. Ian is a member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Connor Falls, Director
Connor is a Director at BTY with 14 years of industry experience. He joined the firm in 2014. Based in Vancouver, Connor leads BTY’s Cost and Development Management services for major blue chip clients in the airport, health care, education, real estate and retail sectors on projects across North America and major international mandates. Connor is a member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Rob Wilson, Director
Rob joined BTY in 2014, bringing international experience in asset valuations and condition reviews, which he now leads for the firm across North America. Rob also leads BTY's $20-billion Project Monitoring portfolio for British Columbia, which includes projects across all market sectors. Rob is a member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
