Mitchell Knopefel | Investment
Mitchell Knoepfel began his commercial real estate career with Avison Young in Vancouver after completing his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto. He is an Associate and member of Avison Young’s Investment Sales team specializing in both income producing assets and development opportunities throughout Metro Vancouver. He focuses on the acquisition, disposition, valuation and consulting of properties for private investors / landlords, developers and institutional clients delivering results through a client-centric strategy.
Sean Keenan joined Avison Young in 2014 as a Research Coordinator and quickly transitioned into brokerage as an integral part of Vancouver’s Office Leasing team. Sean focuses on significant transactions and specializes in sales, tenant and landlord representation, real estate strategy and project consulting. Sean possesses a proven track record in business management and operations. His strengths lie in developing and maintaining lasting client relationships by consistently delivering creative solutions for each client’s specific needs.
Ryan Kerr | Industrial
Ryan has represented a variety of businesses involved in the development community, investors, manufacturing sector, industrial service businesses, supply-chain groups and distribution/logistics companies. During his time at Avison Young, Ryan has been a lead negotiator in over 5 Million square feet of sales and lease transactions representing a transaction value of over $1.35 Billion.
