Jim McPherson, President, Realtech Capital Group Inc.
Jim is the President and founder of Realtech Capital Group Inc. and its affiliated companies. Realtech has been active as a commercial mortgage broker and lender for over 40 years, operating primarily in B.C and Alberta. As an agent for borrowers Realtech specializes in arranging financing for larger scale existing and “to be built” commercial and residential properties. As a lender Realtech has focussed on non-bank lending opportunities including land and inventory loans, first and second mortgages for income properties and mezzanine debt to assist developers in meeting their construction lenders’ equity requirements. Jim holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Urban Land Economics) from UBC.
Bill Sherritt, Director, Community Real Estate, Vancity
Bill Sherritt is Director of Community Business & Real Estate for Vancity. He has 25 years of commercial lending experience and leads a team of commercial lenders supporting clients with construction and term financing needs in all four asset classes. In 2019, Vancity financed $1.4B in commercial loans increasing it’s commercial portfolio to $6.5B. Bill is also active in the community with the Richmond Chamber of Commerce, the UBC Women’s Softball Program and the Board of Directors of Vancouver College Millennium Foundation. He has a UBC Commerce degree majoring in Urban Land Economics.
Eric Clark, CFA, Managing Director, CMLS
Eric Clark is Managing Director of the Mortgage Analytics Group, a division of CMLS Financial. Mr. Clark oversees the group’s ongoing business initiatives, including independent mortgage valuation, mortgage market research and lending software solutions. He has more than 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Prior to joining CMLS in 2012, Mr. Clark held various roles in commercial banking, private lending and real estate asset management. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia, Sauder School of Business.

Graham Collings, Executive Vice President – Investments, ACM Advisors
Graham is the Executive Vice President – Investments of ACM Advisors. He has 17 years of commercial real estate experience and leads origination for Western Canada as well as being a partner at the company. ACM manages over $3.2 billion of core commercial mortgage funds across Canada on behalf of predominantly institutional investor clients along with private investors. Prior to joining ACM, Graham worked with brokerage firms Colliers and Cushman Wakefield. He successfully completed his MBA from Queens along with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from SFU.
