Jennifer specializes in advisory work for the construction and development industry with a strong focus around real estate analysis within Western Canada.  She brings more than a decade of experience in real estate strategy, planning, management and development in all asset classes.  Her background in commercial real estate coupled with her ability to identify and translate market trends started in 2001 at Colliers International.  During her five years at the firm, she monitored and disseminated market analysis on real estate transactions and trends in Western Canada. 

She continued her career as a founder and past partner of MPC Intelligence, a real estate consultancy firm which focused on best and maximum use, planning and valuation studies for residentially focused developments.  She brings an expertise in trend analysis, demand forecasting, to market planning and opportunity assessment to clients and now Deloitte.
