Pedro Tavares is the Senior Director & General Manager for the Vancouver & Kelowna office and is jointly responsible for overseeing a consulting team of 22 staff focused on providing research, valuation and advisory services. Mr. Tavares’ expertise is broad based across all major commercial property types and includes larger scale investment or development projects valued in excess of >$1.0 billion. His professional experience draws from a full spectrum of valuation consulting, which include property appraisal, purchaser financial due diligence, realty tax appeal and development feasibility, as well providing expert services in support of rental disputes / arbitration and major legal projects. Mr. Tavares is also a team leader at Altus Group for national portfolio assignments, with work experience including major projects across Metro Vancouver, the surrounding BC market, as well as other major Canadian cities.
