Kerman is an Associate in Avison Young’s Investment Division and focusses on development land and income producing commercial properties in Metro Vancouver. Kerman joined Avison Young in 2019 as the Research Coordinator for Vancouver’s Investment Division where he was responsible for performing valuations on a variety of asset classes, maintaining the investment comparable database, and preparing semi-annual research reports. Prior to joining Avison Young, he worked at a local real estate development company in Vancouver. Kerman brings a strong analytical background along with his strong work ethic and competitive drive to Avison Young’s Investment Division. Kerman holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia (UBC) with a dual specialization in Finance and Real Estate. While attending UBC, he played soccer for the Thunderbirds, winning four Canada-West Championships and is a two-time Academic All Canadian.
Bryn Cartwright

Bryn Cartwright joined Avison Young in 2018 shortly before joining the Vancity Industrial team in 2019, specializing in sales and leasing in the core markets of South Vancouver, Richmond and Delta. During his first year, Bryn was able to facilitate more than 40 transactions through his relentless work ethic, understanding of client needs and their targets and his unwavering dedication to market knowledge. Bryn is the recipient of Avison Young’s Rookie of the Year award for 2020 and continues his client centric focus into 2021. Bryn graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Development and Commerce focus from the University of Victoria.
Brendan Hannah

Brendan is an Associate on Avison Young’s Capital Markets & Investment Sales team focusing on income producing commercial properties and development land throughout British Columbia. He has been involved in over $400 million of transactions and performed financial analysis and underwriting on a further $3 billion of real estate assets since joining the team. He advises his clients on acquisition, disposition, valuation, due diligence, and sales strategy for a wide range of commercial assets including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, development land, and self storage. Brendan joined Avison Young in July 2018 as the Research Coordinator for Vancouver’s Investment Division where he was responsible for maintaining the investment comparables database, preparing semi-annual research reports, and performing valuations on a variety of asset classes. Brendan earned a Bachelor of Commerce – Entrepreneurship Specialization from the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria. He then worked at a property developer in Vancouver and an Engineering firm in Germany prior to joining Avison Young.
Stephanie Yeargin

Stephanie Yeargin joined Avison Young in 2018 as Research Coordinator for the office division after graduating from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, and has since transitioned into an Associate role to work alongside top producer, Glenn Gardner. Stephanie gained a deep understanding of Metro Vancouver’s real estate fundamentals in her initial role by discussing market activity with major landlords, aiding in the production of statistical analysis for the office market reports and keeping her finger on the pulse of current space availabilities for the office division teams. Stephanie specializes in helping tenants navigate renewals, expansions, contractions and relocations in the Metro Vancouver market. Her keen attention to detail and work ethic accompanied by her strong relationship with Vancouver’s institutional and private landlords allow her to deliver exceptional customer service and results outfitted to meet her clients’ individual needs. Currently, Stephanie holds a position on NAIOP Vancouver’s Developing Leaders Committee where she organizes networking opportunities and educational initiatives for commercial real estate professionals under the age of 35. Prior to Avison Young, she worked for two developers in Metro Vancouver and won the 2017 NAIOP Real Estate Development Challenge as part of an 8-person team through UBC’s Sauder School of Business.
