Hart is a Vice President in the Vancouver office of Colliers International. He is a senior member of the Land and Investment group having joined Colliers in 1985. Hart’s early specialization in development land sales has allowed him to create many long-term relationships within the development community. These relationships include developers, consultants associated with the development process, and municipal planners and officials, all of which offers Hart’s clients access to critical elements of the development process required to complete a development land transaction. Recent changes to the Strata Property Act have allowed Hart to show case his expertise in the Court approved sales process which is a requirement of a Court sanctioned Strata Wind Up.
As an active member of the Vancouver Urban Development Institute Hart is able to keep in touch with the market and maintain the relationships that allow the exchange of ideas and information within it.
James Lang

James has been with Colliers since 2010 working within the Investment Team on large land and investment transactions. Representing numerous international, national and local purchasers and vendors, James focuses on larger complex real estate transactions. With a background in both financial analysis and land use planning, he is able to provide unparalleled solutions for his clients.
He has a Masters in Regional and Urban Planning from the London School of Economics as well as a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the Sauder School of Business. Previously, he graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours.
Arjen Heed

In 2015 Arjen Heed graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance. Following graduation Arjen worked in Calgary’s office market specializing in tenant representation, property listings (sales & leases) and acted as an advisor for both landlords and tenants.
Arjen joined Colliers' Vancouver Office in January of 2017, utilizing his financial background in valuation to specialize in the sale and leasing of retail properties.
Arjen has become a key member of Colliers International’s retail division, facilitating nearly $100 million in sales and over 460,000 SF of lease transactions since 2017. His experience in both project leasing and tenant representation has provided Arjen with a depth of knowledge surrounding market drivers making him an asset to tenants, landlords, investors and developers alike.
Blake Davies
Vice President
Colliers
Blake graduated from Queens University in August of 2013 with a degree in applied economics. He is currently working as a commercial real estate agent with the Office Leasing Team at Colliers International in Vancouver. Blake specializes in the Downtown, Burnaby and West Broadway market areas.
Blake was recognized as Colliers Vancouver's "Rookie of the Year" in 2016, which is awarded to the top-performing new salesperson in the office each year.
Jebb Sinclair

Jebb joined Colliers International in June of 2018 after a 10 year professional rugby career. Jebb represented the Canadian National Senior Mens Rugby team in over 50 International matches including the 2011 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand and the 2015 Rugby World Cup in England. 2019 Colliers Vancouver Rising Star Award. 2020 Colliers Vancouver Rookie of the Year.
