Eric Clark holds the position of VP and Managing Director at Intellifi. As the leader of Intellifi's Commercial business, Eric is tasked with guiding the advancement of Technology, Research, and Intelligent Operations services. His background in credit and asset management within the commercial real estate industry equips him with a wealth of expertise for his role. Before joining Intellifi, Eric spent more than a decade leading the Mortgage Analytics Groups at CMLS Financial, where he achieved significant growth by delivering software solutions, market research, and valuation products to lenders.
Eric approaches his role with a strong focus on creating a more efficient and streamlined lending experience. His passion lies in continuously improving processes and exploring innovative approaches to enhance efficiency. With this mindset, Eric firmly believes in leveraging technology to gain a competitive advantage in today's digital age.
Combined with his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business and his CFA designation, Eric's educational background complements his practical industry knowledge.
