Norm is the newly appointed President & Country Head of Newmark Canada. He a seasoned professional with three decades of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry.
For the past decade, Norm has held executive leadership roles in firms specializing in commercial brokerage and mortgage finance. This has afforded him a holistic perspective of the commercial real estate process, encompassing the purchase, financing, leasing, and sale of commercial real estate assets.
Prior to leadership, Norm spent 20 years as a broker successfully negotiating lease and sale transactions for a diverse range of clients, from burgeoning technology start-ups and established life science companies to national legal firms and financial institutions.
This breadth of experience has given him a comprehensive understanding of the industry's dynamics.
