October Luncheon: Geoff Nagle, Morguard Investments

A Registered Architect (AIBC) with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from MIT, Geoff Nagle brings more than 25 years of design and development experience, combined with having lived and worked in cities as diverse as Rome, New York, Boston, and Vancouver, to each of the development projects undertaken in his role as Director of Development, Western Canada, for Morguard.

Current projects include an 850,000 square foot LEED ND Gold mixed-use neighbourhood in Saanich, an urban-infill office tower in Vancouver, and planning for densification of regional retail centres across western Canada.
