Andrew specializes in financing multi-family developments including CMHC insured rental construction, condo construction and term debt. With 7yrs experience working at CMHC, Andrew works closely to educate investors, developers and non-profits on the various CMHC insurance and direct lending offers as well as the various BC Housing and municipal housing programs.
Currently, Andrew’s enjoying using his expertise to finance some innovative projects that include Co-Living, Multiplexes and Subdivision build-outs.
Since joining Citifund in 2012, Derek has centered his business around rental apartment financing. He arranges debt for all asset classes, specializing in CMHC insured, purpose-built rental projects, conventional and bridge financing. In the last ten years, Derek has arranged over $3 Billion in apartment financing alone and has become a leading expert in this market sector with clients ranging from private investors to REITs. Beyond structuring debt, Derek is a dedicated volunteer in the industry and community. He is an active board member with UDI U40, LandlordBC, and the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations.
As a trusted advisor to developers, investors, family offices and institutions across Canada, he is involved in all aspects of structuring a transaction. With a focus on multi-family construction (rental, condos, townhomes) and income producing assets (residential, industrial, retail), he has arranged over $3B in mortgage debt. Morgan relies on a large network including all major commercial lenders, CMHC, consultants, and financial partners to ensure the best outcome for each transaction.
James’ focus is mainly on business development and the origination of advisory opportunities. As a market leader representing many of the region’s top borrowers, James has considerable experience in financing projects of scale across all asset classes.
