Prior to Smallworks, Luke was part of the executive leadership team of Canada’s largest modular home builder, CEO of the Vancouver Affordable Housing Agency, and President of one the largest non-profit housing developers in Canada.

Robyn started her CMHC career in 2003, working as a Housing Market Analyst, identifying and tracking trends in the Metro Vancouver market and serving as the corporation’s spokesperson on new, resale and rental housing. In 2017, she took on the role of Client Relations Manager in Multi-Unit Insurance and transitioned to Multi-Unit Housing Solutions, where she assists housing proponents with CMHC financing options. Robyn Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a master's degree in Economic Geography, both from Simon Fraser University.

John Brendan McEown has extensive experience in the provision of affordable housing in BC. Having worked on affordable housing projects across the housing continuum and in a variety of roles at BC Housing, John brings a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the delivery of affordable housing. Currently, John is Associate Vice President of BC Housing’s Development Strategies team. John has Bachelor of Arts and Science with distinction in Urban Planning and Land Economics from Quest University Canada and holds a Master of Urban Studies from Simon Fraser University with a focus on Mixed-Use/Income Development in B.C.
