Jennifer has over 30 years of experience in finance, with 25 years focused on real estate finance. Currently, Jennifer serves as the Vice President of Capital Strategy & Finance at Conwest. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for shaping and executing the company's financial strategies, managing key relationships with financial institutions, and overseeing the company's banking operations. Jennifer's expertise ensures that Conwest's financial plans are aligned with its business objectives, both in the short and long term. Prior to joining Conwest, Jennifer was the Vice President Vancouver Real Estate Lending Group at Canadian Western Bank. In this role, Jennifer, and their team managed financing requirements for some of the largest developers in Western Canada, covering acquisition, construction, and long-term financing across all asset classes. Jennifer is also an active coach and mentor, dedicated to fostering the growth and development of others in the industry. Jennifer holds a degree in Business Finance and Management.

Reade is VP Real Estate Finance for BC at Harbour Mortgage and has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance across Western Canada. His background includes three years as VP of Debt & Equity at Avison Young and nearly a decade at a Schedule 1 Canadian Bank. Throughout his career, Reade has originated and structured over $2.5B in financings across all asset classes, with a specialized focus on construction and interim lending. A relationship-driven advisor and creative problem solver, Reade is dedicated to providing capital solutions that balance stakeholder interests and ensure long-term success for borrowers and partners alike.
Matt Muir
Vice President, Commercial Real Estate

Matt Muir is the VP of Commercial Real Estate at Coast Capital Savings and leads a 30 person team spread across locations in Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey and Victoria. A graduate of UBC’s Sauder School of Business, Matt spent time working in appraisal, brokerage, and land acquisitions before moving into banking and commercial lending with TD Bank, and now Coast Capital.
Coast Capital’s real estate group provides term, land and construction financing across all asset types, with loan exposure of over $5B spread throughout BC, as well as major urban markets across Canada.
Ian Cullen
Managing Partner

Ian is a relationship-minded Managing Partner who leads the SHAPE Capital team in capital advisory, loan structuring, syndication, portfolio strategy, and portfolio expansion. Ian is a seasoned mortgage lender with 20+ years in the real estate finance industry including institutional, private lending and Schedule I bank experience. He is a CFA Charter holder and holds a B.Comm in Finance from UBC Sauder School of Business.
